iLGaming counting the boxes…
One house · one box · a couple dozen things

Everything I built lives in a house.

Games, tools and half-finished experiments, all running on one server in one spare room, reachable from anywhere. Nothing here is a product. Most of it is a dare.

Four things you can break

Every one of these is a real app on the server, shrunk down to a thumbnail. Play the thumbnail, then go play the actual thing.

Clusterfall

play →
cleared 0· swap two neighbours, match three
Then it does the thing the real game does: every tile connected to that colour goes too.

Jigsaw

play →
tap two pieces to swap mixed up
A real photo, cut into knobbly pieces. The full game adds a room code and a friend.

Word Search Kingdom

play →
find the word KING
Drag across the letters. The full game has crowns, rooms and a leaderboard.

Wordgrove

play →
swipe across letters · words 0/3
Three words hide in these nine letters. The real game gives you a timer and a much bigger grove.

What actually lives here

The dots are live. They are pulled from Uptime Kuma every time you load this page, so if something is on fire you will see it before I do.

Clusterfall

A match-3 where a match takes the whole connected colour with it.

game

Wordgrove

Swipe letters, grow words. Quiet, then suddenly competitive.

game

Word Search Kingdom

Word searches with private rooms, live cursors and a crown to win.

game

Jigsaw

Multiplayer jigsaws. Pick a picture, send a code, argue about edges.

game

KP Warz 2

The long war, rebuilt. Bigger map, more ways to lose.

game

Lurker

Read Reddit on a phone without logging in, ever. Installable as an app.

tool

NeonHustle

A neon thing that runs inside Discord and yells at your friends.

toy

PingPal

An uptime watcher that watches the other apps. Turtles all the way down.

tool

Calorie Tracking

Counts what I eat and judges me mildly.

tool

MyBibliotheca

A library you can walk through, with a reading habit attached.

tool

Affine

Notes, docs and whiteboards, self-hosted so nobody reads them.

tool

SearXNG

A search engine that forgets you between keystrokes.

tool

Media Aggregator

One addon that feeds every stream app in the house.

tool

Context Feedback

Sticky notes for a machine that keeps forgetting.

tool

Copilot Bridge

Lets the editor on my desk talk to the box in the other room.

tool

ASA Dashboard

A dinosaur server with spreadsheet energy. Very on brand.

tool

Holiday Card

Build a card, send a link, make someone's week briefly weirder.

toy

Platform Access

Keys to the estate. Everyone gets one, nobody gets two.

keys

Docs

How all of this works, written down for the next version of me.

reference

Harmonious Accord

Somewhere people agree on things. Rare, so it gets its own site.

community

The Dashboard

The boring version of this page. Green dots, log links.

keys

Status Page

Where the dots on this page come from. Public, so you can hold me to it.

Numbers from inside the box

Read live from the monitor. They go down when things break, which is the point of writing them on a wall.

There is also a bug that walks across the bottom of this page. You can click it. It has opinions.
